1 — Introduction
Welcome to Ausquip Finance.
By accessing or using this website, submitting a finance application, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not continue to use this website or our services.
These Terms apply to all finance, insurance, and related services offered by Ausquip Finance as a credit representative of Credit One Equipment Finance Pty Ltd, a licensed credit intermediary operating under Australian Credit Licence 390376.
2 — Our Role
Ausquip Finance acts as a credit assistance provider and introducer.
We do not provide credit ourselves but assist customers in sourcing suitable finance and insurance solutions from our panel of approved lenders and insurers.
When you authorise us to act on your behalf, you appoint us to:

Collect the information necessary to assess your finance or insurance needs;

Identify appropriate lenders or lessors; and
-
Submit applications and manage the approval process on your behalf.
3 — Responsible Lending Obligations
Under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP Act), we and our representatives are required to:

Make reasonable inquiries about your requirements and objectives;

Make reasonable inquiries about your financial situation; and
-
Take reasonable steps to verify your financial situation.
We will not provide credit assistance that is unsuitable for your circumstances or would cause you substantial financial hardship.
You may request a free copy of our Preliminary Assessment made about your application at any time within 7 years of the date of your quote for credit assistance.
Requests made within 2 years will be supplied within 7 business days; after 2 years, within 21 business days.
4 — Finance Applications
By submitting a finance application, you confirm that:

All information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge;

You authorise Ausquip Finance and Credit One to verify your identity, credit, and financial information;

You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Credit One Privacy Disclosure Statement; and
-
You are not an undischarged bankrupt and have no unsatisfied court judgments that could affect your application.
All finance applications are subject to approval by the lender, credit assessment, verification of documents, and lender-specific criteria.
Finance offers may vary depending on credit history, asset type, and loan amount.
5 — Fees and Charges
If Ausquip successfully arranges finance on your behalf, an administration fee may apply.

The maximum administration fee is $1,650 (GST inclusive).

This fee may be included in the financed amount or paid directly at settlement.

No other upfront charges are payable to Ausquip unless expressly stated in writing.

Additional fees charged by the lender (application, establishment, or settlement fees) are separate and payable directly to that lender.
If your finance application is not approved, no administration fee will be charged.
6 — Commissions and Payments
Ausquip Finance and Credit One may receive commissions or volume bonuses from credit providers or insurers after settlement of your finance contract.
These commissions:

Are paid by the credit provider, not the customer;

Do not affect your interest rate or repayment amount; and
-
May vary depending on loan size, term, and total volume of business placed with that lender.
If you were referred to us by a third party (such as a dealer, accountant, or broker), we may pay that party a referral commission.
You may request a reasonable estimate of any commission paid or payable in relation to your transaction.
7 — Credit Providers and Panel Lenders
We source finance and leasing options from a wide panel of lenders, including but not limited to:
Angle Finance, ANZ, BOQ Equipment Finance, Capital Finance, Commonwealth Bank, Dynamoney, flexicommercial, Latitude Financial, Liberty Financial, Metro Finance, Pepper Asset Finance, RACV Finance, Resimac, Westlaw, Westpac and others.
Each credit provider maintains its own eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and privacy policies.
Full lender details are available upon request.
8 — Acceptable Assets and Eligibility
Financed equipment must meet the lender’s asset and credit policy conditions.
Asset types accepted, not limited to: earthmoving machinery, trucks, trailers, forklifts, agricultural machinery, gym equipment (cardio/strength), medical devices, computer hardware, recreational goods (boats, jet skis, caravans, ATV’s), energy-efficient assets, and more. Contact us for a full list of assets available for secured loan agreements.
Ausquip Finance will advise applicants if their requested equipment falls outside the acceptable asset list.
9 — Insurance and Ancillary Products
Ausquip Finance and Credit One can arrange quotes for insurance products from reputable insurers, including:

Asset Protection Insurance

Loan Protection (Repayment Cover)
-
Gap Insurance or Comprehensive Motor Insurance
You are under no obligation to proceed with any insurance offer.
Selecting or declining insurance will not affect your loan approval.
10 — Privacy and Data Handling
Your personal and credit information is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Credit One Privacy Disclosure Statement.
By engaging with us, you consent to:

Ausquip Finance and Credit One collecting and sharing your personal and credit information with credit providers, CRBs, insurers, accountants, and authorised third parties;

Overseas disclosure to secure service providers in New Zealand, the Philippines, India, Singapore, and the USA; and
-
Receiving communications, statements, and notices electronically unless you opt out.
You can access or correct your information, withdraw consent, or make a privacy complaint at any time.

11 — Communication and Marketing
By providing your contact details, you consent to receive:

Application and settlement updates, and
-
Marketing or promotional material related to finance or insurance products.
You may withdraw consent by emailing kay-t@ausquipfinance.com.au or unsubscribing via any marketing email.
12 — Accuracy and Website Content
All information provided on this website is of a general nature only and should not be relied upon as financial, legal, or tax advice.
We make every effort to ensure information is current and accurate, but errors or omissions may occur.
Ausquip disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on this website’s content.
13 — Intellectual Property

Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any material without written consent is prohibited.
14 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ausquip Finance, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any:

Loss, damage, or cost (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of this website or any linked site; or

Loss resulting from reliance on any information, estimate, or quote provided prior to formal loan approval.
All finance products are subject to lender approval and individual terms and conditions.

16 — Governing Law
These Terms and all disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Queensland.
17 — Changes to These Terms
Ausquip Finance may update or modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in regulation, lender policy, or business operations.
The latest version will always be available at www.ausquipfinance.com.au/terms-and-conditions.
Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
